1. LIMITED LICENSE FOR USE OF SITE MATERIALS
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement ("Agreement"), GE grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to access the Site and to use and download information ("Materials") from the Site for your use. This authorization is not a transfer of title to these Materials. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Site in any way.
2. COPYRIGHT
The Materials are protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws and may not be republished by you or provided by you to third parties without the express written consent of GE. Additionally, downloading and copying the Materials is subject to the following restrictions: 1) you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Materials on all copies of the Materials that you make; 2) you may not modify the Materials in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform or distribute or otherwise use them for any public purpose; and 3) you must give notice of these restrictions on use of the Materials to any person to whom you provide the Materials.

The software which is made available to operate the Site and/or to download Materials from it (the "Software") is the copyrighted work of the General Electric Company, GE or the suppliers of either company. You are licensed to use this Software on a non-exclusive basis solely for the purpose of visiting the Site and/or downloading Materials from it. You may not use this Software, but for this purpose, and may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise deal with the Software. Certain third party software may also be made available on the Site. GE is in no way responsible for this software. Except as expressly provided herein, the General Electric Company and/or GE do not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secret information, and you must not, use the "GE name" or the "GE logo" or any other registered or unregistered trade marks displayed on the Site, without the prior written consent of an authorized officer of GE.
5. LAW ENFORCEMENT
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. GE will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court orders requesting or directing GE to disclose information that GE has obtained through your use of the Site.

GE, ITS LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY "GE AND ITS AFFILIATES") WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL , CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR PROGRAMS OR YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM, PAIN AND SUFFERING OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS) THAT ARE RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SITE, OR THE USE OF CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND FUNCTIONS OF THIS SITE EVEN IF GE AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 10. INTERNATIONAL USERS /LOCATION OF SITE
GE does not make any representation that materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use at locations outside of the U.K. and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you access this Site from a location outside of the U.K., you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
11. RIGHT TO CHANGE SITE/SUSPEND USE

You acknowledge that you may be using this Site or parts thereof under a "Company" account or "Company" relationship and that certain parts of this Site may only be accessible to individuals designated as authorized users by your Company. GE reserves the right to terminate your use of the Site and to deny access to your Company workspace upon notification from your Company that you are no longer an authorized user of the Company workspace.
GE may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this Site, including the available features of the Site, at any time. GE may also impose limits on certain features and services and/or restrict access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability. GE may terminate the authorization to use the Site and any other rights set forth in this Agreement, and upon such termination, your right to use the Materials shall cease and you shall immediately destroy all Materials.
Failure to comply with these requirements may give rise to civil and/or criminal sanctions and/or result in the immediate restriction of your access to all or part of the Site, without notice.
